Did some traveling of my own today. I drove 2 hours to go visit an IKEA store. Now most of you won't think this is considered a vacation, but for me it was(well a mini one anyway). I have never been to an IKEA store and wanted to see if Icould get some ideas for remodeling my bathroom. Plus they have a restaurant inside so I don't have to leave the store to eat. We drove up there in no hurry to get there because we had all day. We walked around the first half of the store and then had lunch. The Swedish meatballs and French fries were good. The chicken fingers were a little meh, but not bad. Then we did the other part of the store, and splurged on a few rugs and candy. We drove back home and stopped at Walmart on the way. Threw a couple of frozen pizzas in the oven and it was a nice relaxing day that I really needed to destress. So like I said a mini vacation. Just because your not going very far away or staying overnight does not mean it can't be considered a vacation. It's all in how u look at it. If you do need help planning your vacation just reach out to me and I will help get to relax and destress.
